Is the Bose surround sound system stereo compatible with other speakers?
I am thinking of buying the Bose Lifestyle V30 system, but I have speakers from other companies throughout my home. Will they still be compatible with the stereo system that the Bose comes with?
You can not miss match speakers, they will not sound the same at all. Most speakers are rated at 8 ohms and Bose are in the 6 ohms. And Bose use small speaker drivers, beside that they are a really crappy speakers and over priced.
