I have a sony CD/DVD Player DVP-NS 715P. I viewed a DVD, whenever I try and eject the DVD it displays “LOCKED”
Parental controls don’t limit what discs go in and out of the player, just what movies can and can not be played. More likely the player is in DEMO mode. Basically demo mode locks the disc inside the player, so consumers on the sales floor (like at Best Buy) can’t open the tray and steal the disc. Check the manual or call Sony.
