How do I dim the display on my Dual XD 1222 cd player?
I just installed this cd player in my daughter’s 2000 Honda CRV and the blue display light is very bright at night. How do I fix this?
Some high end stereos have a separate power lead for the display light. This will connect to the dash light circuit, to allow it to be dimmed.
Most car stereos do not have this feature and the light is powered internally with no way to dim the display. The wiring instructions will show if there is a way to do this.
