How do I Convert My PAL dVd to NTSC format?
i have a pal dvd and tried to convert it by ripping it and then burning it, making sure that its playable in all regions but no.. am i doing something wrong? help me convert it please..
that i am aware of you cant remove a dvds region code by riping it and reburning it. its all in the frame rate the speed of playback and more. its not that easy.
