How to record 2 things at once on Directv DVR PLUS?
I need some help! I would like to record 2 shows at once but I cant. I know you have too have 2 lines coming into the DVR. I went up into the attic to see the multiswitch and it is full there are no openings on it. We have 1 DVR PLUS hooked up to record 2 shows, then we have my DVR PLUS that records 1 show, and 2 old school regular dirctv boxes. There is know way all of the lines go to all of the tvs in the house. the switch is either a 8×3 or 6×3. If i plug in the cable from the other room to the DVR so that it has two cables coming in it still will not record 2 shows at once. Please help!!
either get a 12x switch or piggy back any two of the smaller ones or install another dish
